# FAQ

## How do I register or sign in?

Use [aixcut.cn](https://aixcut.cn/), select **免费开始**, then register or sign in with your phone number and SMS verification code. See [Account and Login](/account.md).

## What should I upload first?

Upload all the videos, images, and optional script you expect to use before submitting your editing request. This gives Aixcut the full context for analysis.

## How do I ask Aixcut to edit?

With a script, enter: **Please edit the video according to the script.**

Without a script, enter: **Please write a script based on the materials and edit it.**

## How do I shorten the narration?

Delete the extra text in the text editing panel. The corresponding video clips are removed with the text.

## How do I change subtitles or pictures?

Select the subtitles or picture in the preview area, then adjust its style.

## How do I choose a model?

Choose the model from the home page input or from the model selector in the Aix assistant dialog on a project page. Models can be switched at any time.

## What does export support?

Aixcut supports video, audio, MG animation, XML, project ZIP, and subtitle text export. See [Preview and Export](/export.md).

## How are credits charged?

The amount can depend on the selected feature and model. Check the current cost shown in Aixcut before confirming a task. For account-specific questions, contact [support@aixcut.com](mailto:support@aixcut.com).
